Basterdz Gamez operates the Android app Math Pup Adventures and owns and operates the embedded website at https://math-pup-farm.base44.app.

What the product is

Math Pup Adventures is an Android app that loads https://math-pup-farm.base44.app inside an in-app WebView (an embedded browser). The intended audience is ages 9 and older.

Information we handle

• Technical and network data necessarily sent when fetching web pages, including IP routing metadata, timestamps, requested URLs, and HTTP status information where applicable.
• Connectivity-related signals aligned with the Android INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE permissions.
• Possible on-device storage through normal web mechanisms (for example localStorage and cookies-class behavior) for things like gameplay settings. We do not maintain a fixed list of keys here.
• No dedicated native bundled analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs from Basterdz Gamez.
• When distributed via Google Play, Google may process install and delivery telemetry under Google's own policies. That happens independently of the app itself.

Purposes

We use the limited information above to:

• Run the service.
• Provide basic reliability and support (yoni14422@gmail.com).
• Meet legal compliance obligations.
• Mitigate abuse or fraud where genuinely needed.

Android shell (native)

The native Android app declares only these permissions:

• android.permission.INTERNET
• android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

As integrated by the publisher, the Android shell contains no native bundled analytics SDK, no in-app ads SDK, and no native crash-reporting SDK.

Embedded website

Using the in-app WebView is essentially the same as browsing the site at https://math-pup-farm.base44.app. Hosting and delivery are tied to base44.app infrastructure and paths.

Currently, payments related to the Android app listing are handled by Google Play's purchase flow, not by a credit-card form inside the webpage. If third-party ads ever appear after leaving via external links, those occur on the destination site and are covered by that site's policies.

If login, heavier analytics, or account sync are added later, this policy page will be updated before any broad shift in collection.

Sharing

Information is shared only with the providers needed to operate the site and respond to support — categories such as hosting, content delivery, and email. Google processes Play purchase and delivery data under Google's policies. Hosting context is plainly tied to base44.app. We do not invent or publish a fictional subprocessor list beyond these plausible categories.

Sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information in the sense used by common U.S. state privacy laws. There is no broker-style sale of user data.

International processing

Providers used to operate the service may run in multiple countries, including the United States. Legal transfer mechanisms rely on vendor terms and standard industry safeguards.

Retention

Server-type logs are kept only as long as needed for security, legal, and debugging purposes and are then minimized. We do not maintain indefinite marketing dossiers about users.

Security

We apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the limited data involved. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.

Children

The product is aimed at ages 9 and up, with younger children expected to play under parent supervision. The collection posture is intentionally minimal.

Third-party links

Leaving the embedded experience via an external link takes you to a site governed by that third party's privacy policy.
